My husband and I started CrossFit in May 2009 and were hooked from the start!  When I started I was having trouble going up stairs and had never run more than a mile.  I am now working toward a goal to make it on the CrossFit Ventura Affiliate Team at the 2010 CrossFit games.  I will be tracking my progress with this blog and look forward to any feedback!
